We at Dreamland Tours and Travel are committed to offering exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations or changes. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of travel services booked through us.
Booking & Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit (as stated in your itinerary or invoice) may be required to secure bookings for hotels, tours, and flights.
- The full balance must be paid by the due date indicated in your booking confirmation.
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
Standard Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the travel date
✅ Eligible for a 100% refund, minus any applicable transaction charges. - Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the travel date
✅ Eligible for a 50% refund, minus any applicable transaction charges. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date
❌ No refund will be issued.
Airline Ticket Cancellations
- If your travel package includes domestic or international air tickets, refunds and cancellations are subject to the airline’s own cancellation and refund policy.
- Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded.
- Dreamland Tours and Travel does not charge additional cancellation fees for flights, but the airline may.
🛑 We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling by the airline due to operational reasons, weather, or technical issues.
Changes & Rescheduling
- Amendments to confirmed bookings (e.g., travel dates, destination, guest names) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Change requests made less than 7 days before travel may not be accommodated and may result in loss of payment.
Force Majeure & Government Mandates
In the event of:
- Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storms, etc.)
- Political unrest or civil disturbances
- Government travel bans or pandemic-related restrictions
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to the cancellation terms of our suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, etc.).
⚠️ Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed and may take time depending on third-party policies.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
- Unused services (e.g. missed tours, hotel nights, transfers).
- Guest no-shows for any part of the travel itinerary.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel.
- Refusal of entry into a destination due to visa/passport issues or other immigration concerns.
- Delays or disruptions caused by the client, including late arrivals or failure to meet check-in requirements.
Medical Emergencies
- If a traveler is unable to travel due to illness, we may assist in requesting refunds or rescheduling, but approval is subject to supplier policies.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and interruptions due to illness or pandemic-related issues.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion losses are the responsibility of the client.
Third-Party Supplier Responsibility
- Dreamland Tours and Travel acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers such as hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, and tour operators.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity arising from acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
Client Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the client to:
- Ensure all travelers have valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID).
- Adhere to local travel advisories and entry requirements.
- Provide accurate contact details for emergency communication.
- Arrive on time for all departures, transfers, and activities.
